This page explains the text‑message (SMS / MMS) program operated by VidOpt LLC, including programs operated for our affiliated brands (such as ArabCast). It is the disclosure shown to recipients before they opt in, and is referenced in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed below exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How you opt in

You provide your mobile number and check the box marked “I agree to receive recurring text messages from VidOpt / ArabCast at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” on one of these surfaces:

  • Account signup at publisher.vidopt.com or affiliated brand sites such as ArabCast.
  • Account profile / preferences page after sign‑in.
  • Reactivation pages reached via direct email when an account lapses.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use any of our services without opting in to SMS.

Receipts, security notices, subscription expiration warnings, and important policy updates.

Reactivation messages

If your subscription has lapsed within the last 18 months, we may send up to 3 reactivation messages over a 30‑day window, then stop.

You can opt out at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message we send you:

  • STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

You will receive a single confirmation message, then no further messages. You can re‑subscribe at any time by visiting your account preferences.
