Product company

We build the software and run the service.

VidOpt LLC designs applications, puts them into service, and looks after them. The products cover different fields. Each has its own users, and the company stays responsible for it.

A range of services, one company behind them.

VidOpt develops and operates a number of services and applications. Someone can use one of them for years and never meet the others. The work in each field is specific, and the product follows that work.

Some are everyday services. Some are specialized tools for a narrower group. They keep their own accounts, their own pace, and their own way of explaining themselves to the people who use them.

The company behind them is the same. We decide what to build, we write it, we host it, and we support the people who rely on it. When a service needs to change, the people who know it are still here.

That is the whole of the model. VidOpt is the builder and the operator, for as long as the service is in use.

What we take responsibility for.

  1. 01

    Build

We take a service from a blank brief to something people can use. The interface, the accounts, the data, and the path through a real task are one piece of work.

  2. 02

    Operate

We host what we ship, watch how it behaves, and repair it when it fails. A release is the point at which the service starts having users, and the care continues from there.

  3. 03

    Keep each product itself

Each field keeps a product shaped for its own users. What the services share is a standard of care: a known owner, careful changes, and a company that stays after launch.

  4. 04

    Answer

Questions about a service come back to VidOpt. Accounts, billing, and the way a product behaves are handled by the company that runs it.
